Tim was kind enough to work with not only myself but the other neighbors were this tree covered parts of their yard. He spoke with them individually and worked out the pricing so that each of us had our own cost. He was on time and had plenty of staff to make quick work of this canopy trim. I have a lot of questions, and he was very good at making suggestions that was best for the tree, and still gave me desired look and sexy that I wanted. My recommendation is to talk with him and explain to him what his best allow him to give you his input from the arborist standpoint, and then make your final decision on the work to be completed.
